Every fee VaultDock charges, as a number. Deploying an agent or any other block is free. When value moves through a contract, a small cut goes to the protocol. It is never more than 1%, a limit written into the code, and each contract keeps the terms it was deployed with forever. Claims, withdrawals, unstakes and refunds are never charged, and value is charged once even when it passes through several of your contracts. An agent vault pays once, on each ETH deposit; its trades and withdrawals are never charged.

ERC-20 fees sit in the collector per token. See its token balances on the explorer. Anyone can trigger a sweep; the destination is fixed.
